Any clean shot of your product works — even an iPhone photo on a plain surface. The AI handles background removal, lighting, and scene generation from there. Resolution above 1024×1024 gives the best results. Avoid heavy filters or harsh shadows on the source image when possible.

Each plan includes a monthly points allowance. A 2K photo costs 15 points, a 4K photo costs 30 points, and an 8-second video costs 80 points (plus 40 for native audio). Points reset every month.
All plans include the same generation features — photos, videos, audio, and prompt assistant. Growth and Scale add priority rendering, enhanced GPU power, dedicated server resources, and early access to new features. Scale is built for studios and agencies with 7,000 points per month.
Yes. No lock-in, no cancellation fees. Your account stays active until the end of your billing period. All visuals you generated remain yours permanently.
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on your first subscription payment. Monthly plans are fully refundable if no points have been used. Yearly plans are refunded minus one month at the monthly rate ($49 / $99 / $199 depending on the plan) to cover usage during the trial period. Renewal payments are non-refundable. Full policy at /refund.
Downgrades on yearly plans are scheduled for your next renewal date — you keep your current plan's benefits until then (since you already paid for the year). On monthly plans, downgrades take effect at the end of the current month.

Photos generate in 5–20 seconds depending on resolution. Videos take 60–120 seconds for an 8-second clip. Growth and Scale plans include priority rendering for faster output.
Photos can be generated in 2K and 4K resolution at 10 different aspect ratios. Videos are rendered in 1080p at 9:16 (Reels, Stories, TikTok) or 16:9 (YouTube, Facebook, landscape).
Photos export in PNG, JPG, or WEBP at 2K or 4K. Videos export in MP4 at 1080p, in 9:16 (Reels, Stories, TikTok) or 16:9 (YouTube, Facebook, landscape). All exports are watermark-free and ready for direct upload anywhere.
Yes. Disoya generates 8-second videos in 1080p with native audio, optimized for Reels, TikTok, and Stories. All plans include First & Last frame control for precise creative direction.
When you generate an 8-second video, you can specify both the opening frame and the closing frame. The AI handles the cinematic motion in between — making your product transition between two specific visual states (e.g. starting on a clean shelf, ending splashed in water). It turns AI video from random output into directed cinematography.
The Brand Kit holds your brand\'s color palette, voice rules, audience profile, industry, and active social platforms in one place. Once it\'s set up (about 10 minutes), every photo, video and caption Disoya generates pulls from it automatically — same colors, same tone, same style across hundreds of outputs without manual adjustment.

Yes. You can queue several prompts in a row — different scenes, different aspect ratios, different products — and they generate in parallel. Growth and Scale plans include priority rendering, so bulk runs finish faster on those tiers.

Every visual you generate is saved in your Gallery — searchable by date, prompt, or product, with bulk export. Visuals stay there permanently as long as your account is active, even if you downgrade or pause your plan.

Your product photos and generated content are stored securely and never shared with third parties. We don\'t use your uploads to train our models. You can delete your data at any time from your dashboard.
